Staff are always on hand to help with set-up or provide assistance during calls, ensuring no one feels left behind when it comes to staying connected.
We also provide access to shared devices for those who don’t have their own, and residents are encouraged to use technology in a way that suits them—whether it’s for catching up with family, listening to music, or enjoying familiar online routines. Family involvement is a central part of life at Dee View Court. From pre-admission planning to daily care updates, we keep communication open and transparent at every stage. Care reviews take place regularly, with six-week, six-monthly, and annual meetings involving families, care managers, and the wider team (with resident consent).
